Private Pay Rates

Diagnostic Assessment (Initial Intake) — $200
A comprehensive first appointment to discuss your concerns, history, goals, and treatment needs and begin developing your personalized treatment plan.

Individual Counseling — 30 Minutes | $85
A focused counseling session to address specific concerns, develop coping strategies, and support continued progress.

Individual Counseling — 60 Minutes | $160
A standard therapy session providing dedicated time for deeper exploration, skill development, and therapeutic growth.

Individual Counseling — 90 Minutes | $185.50
An extended counseling session providing additional time for deeper processing, support, and therapeutic work.

Planning to Use Insurance?

EverRose Counseling & Wellness accepts select insurance plans. Before beginning services, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm your behavioral health benefits, including copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and any authorization requirements.

Insurance coverage and benefits are determined by your individual health plan and cannot be guaranteed by EverRose. Clients are responsible for applicable costs determined by their insurance provider.

Helpful Tip: Ask your insurance company whether outpatient telehealth behavioral health services are covered and whether EverRose Counseling & Wellness is in-network with your specific plan.

Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance to pay for services, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. EverRose Counseling & Wellness will provide a Good Faith Estimate as required by federal law and upon request.

If your final bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
